CANCELATION POLICY

At Luminaries, we understand that S**T comes up! Just give us a heads up within 12-24 hours (if possible) and we will be more than happy to re-book your appointment. Texts are always welcomed. Please feel free to leave us a voicemail after hours.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

One of our ways to give back to you is our referral program! Heres how it works:

  • Grab 3 cards at the shop to give to 3 friends. When your friends bring these cards in with your referral name they will receive 15% off their first service. Once all 3 cards makes their way back to Luminaries you will receive $100.00 off your next service. (the $100 credit must be used in one visit, the credit cannot be used in increments).

NO REFUNDS

Luminaries offers complimentary fixes and adjustment cuts and colors. Complimentary fixes and adjustments are determined by Luminaries staff on a case-by-case basis. Please realize hair is a process, and often more than one sitting is required when it comes to color. Our staff is friendly and understanding, politely let us know your issues and we would love to help alleviate your woes! Additional products fee may be charged. Return Check fees will be an additional $30.

LATE PAYMENTS/FEES

Luminaries reserves the right to charge up to $5 a day for late payments. We understand sometimes people forget their purse or wallets at home. We will accommodate the best we can, but prompt payment is appreciated. A 3% processing charge will be added for over the phone payments. Payments over the $300 Dollar mark will also have a 2.75% processing fee added to the tab.
