• CANCELATION POLICY: Luminaries understands that S**T comes up! Just give us a heads up and we will be more than happy to re-book your apt. 12-24 hours notice is ideal: Please feel free to leave us a voicemail after hours. GROUPON: No call no show, your Groupon will be marked as redeemed.  Please also give us a respectable amount of time when canceling so we can fill our schedules with other clients :))   
  • NO REFUNDS: Luminaries offers complimentary fixes and adjustment cuts and colors. Complimentary fixes and adjustments are determined by Luminaries staff on a case by case basis. Please realize hair is a process, and often, more than one sitting is required when it comes to color. Our staff  is friendly and understanding, politely let us know your issues and we love to help aleviate wows. Often additional products fee may be charged. Return Check fees will be an additional $30.
  • LATE PAYMENTS/FEES: Luminaries reserves the right to charge up to $5  a day for late payments. We understand sometimes people forget their purse or wallets at home. We will accommodate the best we can, but prompt payment is appreciated. A 3% processing charge will be added for over the phone payments. Payments over the $300 Dollar mark will also have a 2.75% processing fee added to the tab.
